We produce various extruded carriers including solid extrudates, hollow extrudates, trifolium extrudates, quadrifoil extrudates, papilionaceous extrudates etc. Alumina is the common raw material of this carrier.
Extruded pressed catalyst carrier main physical properties:
- Bulk density: 0.45－0.8 g/cm3
- Pore volume: 0.5－0.8 cm3/g
- Specific surface area: 150－350 m2/g
- Crystal Form: γ-Al2O3 or θ-Al2O3
Physical properties: This product is white cylindrical particles, non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, insoluble in water and ethanol.
CC-BT type products have the characteristics of high compressive strength, low abrasion, adjustable size, pore structure, and bulk density. All indicators can be adjusted according to requirements. It is widely used in adsorbent, hydrodesulfurization catalyst carrier, hydrodenitrogenation catalyst carrier, CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst carrier and other watersheds.
