Introduction to hydrocracking catalysts:
Hydrocracking catalysts are developed, scaled up and produced by CATALYST CARRIER COMPANY. The company mainly launches a series of catalysts that use wax oil as feed oil to produce diesel, aviation kerosene, naphtha and other catalysts. This series of catalysts has the characteristics of high activity, good selectivity, great production flexibility and long service life.
Process conditions of this series of catalysts:
Pressure 13-15Mpa
Temperature: 370-380℃
Volumetric airspeed: 1.4-1.6/h

Introduction to hydrocracking catalyst technology:
Hydrocracking catalysts are mainly composed of metal hydrogenation components, acid cracking and isomerization components. The metals with dehydrogenation activity are mainly molybdenum, tungsten from Group VI-B and cobalt, nickel, platinum and palladium from Group VIII in the periodic table of elements. According to their activity and value, they can be divided into precious metals platinum, palladium and non-metals. Precious metals molybdenum, tungsten, cobalt and nickel. The acidic components of hydrocracking catalysts are the main source of cracking activity and mainly include molecular sieves, aluminum silicate and alumina. The catalyst preparation process mainly includes the preparation and shaping of the carrier and the impregnation and roasting of the metal.

Product advantages of hydrocracking catalysts:
This series of catalysts has the advantages of high activity, good selectivity, high yield, high production flexibility and long service life. Naphtha products contain a high content of isomeric hydrocarbons and a low content of non-hydrocarbons. Jet fuel products contain low olefin content, low crystallization point and high smoke point value. Diesel products have high cetane number (greater than 60), good ignition performance and high safety. In addition, our company can customize specific hydrocracking catalysts (including appearance, size, bulk density, etc.) and process technical support based on the actual feed oil conditions of the refinery and product requirements.
