Hydrorefining series catalysts are independently developed and produced by CATALYST CARRIER COMPANY. The entire series is divided into ZHD-101 diesel type, ZNTH-01 naphtha type, and ZVH-100 wax oil type.

The ZDH-101 diesel hydrorefining catalyst uses Al2O3 as the carrier, Mo Ni as the active component, and is prepared by the equal volume impregnation method. Using special raw materials and adding special additives during the catalyst preparation process, the wafer stacking layers of the active components are concentrated in 2-4 layers. On the basis of TYPE I, the active centers of Type II are increased, thereby increasing Its hydrogenation activity not only has sufficient specific surface area for easy removal of S and N, but also has excellent removal performance for DMDBT.
This catalyst is suitable for the hydrorefining of coking, straight-run, catalytic diesel and its blended oils, or as the main refining catalyst of inferior diesel hydrotreating equipment.
Operating pressure: 4-15Mpa
Operating temperature: 300-425℃
Liquid airspeed: 1-2/h

 

The ZNTH-01 straight-run naphtha reforming prehydrogenation catalyst uses special Al2O3 as the carrier, Mo and Ni as active components, and is prepared by the co-leaching method. Special additives are added during the catalyst preparation process, and the active components are highly dispersed on the surface of the carrier to avoid strong interactions between the carrier and the active components. The generated active metal precursor state can be fully converted into intrinsic activity during the vulcanization process. A higher active center helps to improve the effective utilization of hydrogenation active metals, thereby improving the catalytic activity of the catalyst.
This catalyst is suitable for: straight-run naphtha, hydrocracked naphtha, and mixed oil partially doped with catalytic naphtha as a refining catalyst for reforming pre-hydrogenated feed oil.

Operating temperature: 250-3330℃
Liquid airspeed: 1-10/h

 

ZVH-100 wax oil hydrorefining catalyst mainly uses Al2O3 as the main carrier, and active metals Ni and Mo as the main hydrogenation components. This catalyst is mainly used in the pre-refining reactor in the hydrocracking process. It has high catalytic activity for S and N removal and aromatic hydrocarbon saturation performance, especially for sulfides such as DMDBT, 4,6DMDBT, indole, carbazole, etc. Nitrides and their derivatives show higher activity. This is mainly due to our adoption of a new generation of active metal dispersion technology and hydrogenation activity technology that easily forms a high degree of sulfide state.
