A110(R) ammonia synthesis catalyst is in order to meet the needs of energy saving and consumption reduction in synthetic ammonia industry. The catalyst can be widely used in ammonia plants with natural gas, oil field gas, light oil and coal as raw materials.

A110(R) ammonia synthesis catalyst has the characteristics of good low-temperature activity, strong anti-toxic performance, good thermal stability, wide range of operating temperature, large operation flexibility and long service life.

Main Composition

The catalyst is mainly composed of Fe3O4, K2O, CaO, Al2O3 and CoO. Among them, total iron: ≥66%, Fe2 +/Fe3 + : 0.4 ~ 0.65%.
