Cyclohexene hydration catalyst

Hydration catalyst is crystalline ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst, which is used for reaction in slurry state; It is a aluminosilicate catalyst, its active point is H+acid, and its crystal form is Na1.78Al2Si31.1O66.1 through analysis and test.

 

Operating conditions:

1. Hydration operation temperature: 100~130 ℃

2. Hydration operating pressure: 0.5 ～ 1.0Mpa (g)

 

Performance Guarantee:

1. Conversion rate: ≥ 10%

2. Selectivity: ≥ 98.5%

Overview
Cyclohexene hydration reaction is one of the core links in the green caprolactam production process. It is to produce cyclohexanol product with cyclohexene as raw material under appropriate process conditions and special catalyst system conditions. The hydration catalyst developed by our company is a special catalyst for cyclohexene hydration, which can efficiently convert cyclohexene and produce cyclohexanol products with high selectivity.
