DMC-1 methanol steam reforming hydrogen production catalyst is mainly used for the reforming conversion reaction of methanol and water, converting it into H2, CO2, CO and a small amount of CH4 and methyl ether to produce the required H2.

Activity Test
Under laboratory conditions, the original particle size of the catalyst is 120ml. After reduction, at 1.2MPa, the liquid space velocity is 1.2h-1 (methanol content is 51%, the rest is water). When the reaction temperature is 230°C, the conversion rate of methanol is ≥75%. When the reaction temperature is 250°C, the conversion rate of methanol is ≥95%.

- The conversion rate per pass is high, the initial concentration of the washing tower is 0, and the final stage is less than 5%
- Low reaction temperature, saving energy, saving heat of heat transfer oil and prolonging the life of heat transfer oil
- Fewer side reactions, not easy to form wax, low content of methane and methyl ether in the outlet gas
- High strength, not easy to pulverize, good water resistance, low running resistance
- It has dual catalytic functions of methanol decomposition and CO conversion, and the gas composition is combined with the design requirements
- It has excellent mechanical strength and can meet the requirements of long-term application
