Activity Test

Under laboratory conditions, the original particle size of the catalyst is 120ml. After reduction, at 1.2MPa, the liquid space velocity is 1.2h-1 (methanol content is 51%, the rest is water). When the reaction temperature is 230°C, the conversion rate of methanol is ≥75%. When the reaction temperature is 250°C, the conversion rate of methanol is ≥95%.

  2. Low reaction temperature, saving energy, saving heat of heat transfer oil and prolonging the life of heat transfer oil

  4. High strength, not easy to pulverize, good water resistance, low running resistance
