High-Temperature CO Shift Catalyst CO Coversion Catalyst

Carbon Monoxide Medium/High Temperature Shift Catalyst
This high-activity, wide-temperature shift catalyst, composed of r-Fe2O3 as the active component and Cr2O3 as the promoter, contains a small amount of active additives. It is suitable for CO shift processes such as hydrogen production and city gas methane conversion in ammonia synthesis plants. The active component of the catalyst, r-Fe2O3, has a superior crystalline structure and activation energy compared to α-Fe2O3. Consequently, this catalyst exhibits superior low-temperature activity and durability compared to similar products. The catalyst, manufactured using a special process, is also resistant to steam condensation (i.e., water boiling), enhancing its operational safety. The bulk sulfur content of this catalyst is generally below 250 ppmm, eliminating the need for dedicated sulfur release during startup.
