Product use and features:

Application: This product is mainly used in low-temperature CO conversion process of large, medium and small fertilizer plants. It is mainly suitable for deep conversion of low-content carbon monoxide in three-catalyst process ammonia synthesis and hydrogen production plants, generally reducing 3-5% CO to below 0.1%.

Features: This product uses high-quality electrolytic copper and zinc as raw materials and is produced by co-precipitation. The product has low impurity content and uniform and stable composition. This product adopts new production technology, which increases the dispersibility of the effective ingredient copper oxide, increases the surface area of effective copper, has better low-temperature activity, stronger stability and anti-toxicity, is not easy to be thermally aged, has high mechanical strength, is not easy to pulverize, and has a long service life. Low-transformation catalyst is a catalyst system with copper oxide as the active main body, and zinc oxide and aluminum oxide are added to prevent the growth of copper microcrystals in the catalyst. Copper oxide becomes active only after being reduced to copper microcrystals with fine grains. The reaction formula is as follows:
